Too often in the pipe band world, we hear of organizations being defrauded by employees or volunteers who gain the authority to spend and manage large amounts of money without appropriate oversight. Make sure your band or association has appropriate measures in place to protect the organization, the members and the employees/volunteers from any issues that may arise.
