City of Dunedin promoted to Grade 1

The Eastern United States Pipe Band Association on December 1 officially announced the anticipated elevation of City of Dunedin to Grade 1, following the band’s Grade 2 win at the World Championships and a hugely successful few years in North America. The move gives the United States a representative in the premier grade once again. City of Dunedin is the flagship band in a massively successful piping and drumming organization in the small Gulf coast community, and the pipe band world will eagerly watch how things unfurl in the future.
