August 25th: Glasgow College of Piping left in the lurch with resignation of principal

Rumours had been rampant that the infamous face of the College of Piping in Glasgow was on shaky ground job-wise, and when news hit that he up and left it was not entirely unexpected. Since then the College of Piping has carried on apparently without much problem, and recently has welcomed back luminaries of the piping world who hadn’t stepped foot in the place for a decade. We’re hoping that this change will welcome a new era of more partnership and less petty and unfair sniping with the rest of the piping world.
