Northcote Invitational swept by Kernaghan

Northcote, New Zealand – December 29, 2014 – Liam Kernaghan of Dunedin, New Zealand, won both events at the second annual Auckland & District Pipe Band Northcote Invitational Challenge Solo Piping Competition, which required contestants to play a double MSR and a Freestyle Medley. The informal competition was held outside in grand New Zealand summer weather. As the previous winner of the competition, Martin Frewen judged both events.
