Easton charges on at New Zealand Targe and Claidhmor

Palmerston North, New Zealand – May 19, 2018 – Stuart Easton continued his strong year with a win of both piobaireachd and Light music events at the New Zealand Invitational Claidhmor & Targe Solo Piping Competition held at the Celtic Inn Pub. In the Claidhmor March, Strathspey, Reel, Hornpipe & Jig event, contestants must play at least tune composed by a New Zealander.

Other competitors playing were Marion Horsburgh, Jordan Johnston, Liam Kernaghan, George Mason, Iain Robertson and Anna Smart.

Brendon Eade and Stewart McKenzie judged both events.
