Costa Mesa day 1 goes to LA Scots
Costa Mesa, California – May 25, 2019 – The Los Angeles Scots took straight firsts in their 2019 debut the Grade 2 competition on the first day of the Costa Mesa Games, under sunny skies, where 22 bands and more 150 soloists competed. Unusual heavy rain for southern California was forecast for the second day of events.
