Carlisle wins USPF overall; BGandy takes piob
Newark, Delaware – June 20, 2015 – Andrew Carlisle of Pittsburgh was the overall winner of the United States Piping Foundation’s annual competition, this year again held at the DuPont Music Building at the University of Delaware. Bruce Gandy of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, won the piobaireachd event.
