Carlisle, 87th Cleveland prevail at Wooster

Wooster, Ohio – March 23, 2019 – The Eastern United States Pipe Band Association’s Ohio Valley branch held its indoor competition at the Scheide Music Center on the campus of the College of Wooster, where more than 70 soloists, 10 bands and eight quartets competed. Andrew Carlisle of Pittsburgh won the Professional Piobaireachd and MSR events, and Joey Horwarth of Saginaw, Michigan, gained Amateur Grade 1 Piper of the Day.
