Maxville, Ontario – August 1, 2009 – The 78th Fraser Highlanders won the North American Championship under sunny and warm conditions, marking the band’s record fifteenth North American Championship, Hamilton Police won Grade 2. The 78th Fraser Highlanders prevailed despite finishing second in both Grade 1 events.
