Tupman Wins Overall at Nicol-Brown Event
Lionel Tupman of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, won the overall award at the Nicol-Brown Memorial Amateur Piping Competition in Hartford, Connecticut. Tupman receives airfare to the Scottish Piping Society of London event in November 2002.
