Gandy bags another Metro Cup
Newark, New Jersey – February 19, 2005 – The annual Metro Cup Invitational Piping Competition drew a crowd of more than 500 to watch a strong field of international pipers. Bruce Gandy of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, took home the overall prize totalling $2,600 USD. Dan Cole was the overall winner of the amateur events, and he received a set of David Naill silver and imitation ivory pipes, compliments of The British Shop of Buffalo, New York.
