Cusack Wins Another USPF
Newar, Delaware – June 29, 2002 – Mike Cusack of Houston, Texas, was the overall winner of the annual United States Piping Foundation competition for the tenth time. Bill Livingstone, Whitby, Ontario, despite winning the piobaireachd event was second.
By winning the event, Cusack gets an invite to October’s Glenfiddich Invitational at Blair Atholl, Scotland.
