Carlisle, Tully do well at Ulster Festival of Piping & Drumming
Belfast – April 17, 2004 – Andrew Carlisle of Ballygowan, Northern Ireland, and Alen Tully of Leixlip, Eire, were the big piping winners at the the Ulster Festival of Piping & Drumming, and event that incorporates the Ulster Championships, which attracted more than 180 contestants.
