B. Gandy takes both USPF events
Newark, New Jersey – June 21, 2008 – Both Professional Solo Piping events at the United States Piping Foundation’s annual competitions at the Loudis Recital Hall at the University of Delaware were won by Bruce Gandy of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, in an event attended by five pipers. Twelvde competed in the amateur events.
