Allan rustles up a win at Pitlochry

Pitlochry, Scotland – September 9, 2006 – Allan Russell of Kelty, Scotland, was the overall winner in the senior solo piping at the Pitlochry Games, after a three-way tie for first, Russell, Gavin Walker, Cowie, Scotland, and Cameron Drummond, Edinburgh, played in an MSR play-off to determine the trophy-recipient. As usual at Pitlochry, there was no piobaireachd event.
