Winnipeg Police lock up day one of Sask Highland Gathering
Regina, Saskatchewan – May 18, 2019 – The Winnipeg Police Pipe Band had a lock on first prizes at day 1 of the Saskatchewan Highland Gathering & Celtic Festival, taking all eight available firsts in the two-band contest. The weather was a bit cool in the morning, but turned out to be 14°C for the afternoon.
