Moorabbin City Reigns at Grade 2 Victoria Championships
Geelong, Victoria – March 17 – Moorabbin City Pipe Band won the The Victoria Pipe Band Championships Grade 2 competition under newly appointed pipe-major Simon Blackshaw and leading drummer Daniel Staley.
With the retirement of P-M Ian Lyons after 20 years as leader, Moorabbin had few personnel changes and continues their historic trend of developing players locally.
