Lorient Piobaireachd goes to Liddell

Lorient, Brittany – August 6, 2018 – The second significant Highland piping event of the Festival Interceltique de Lorient was also won by Stuart Liddell, who the day before was the overall winner of the MacCrimmon Trophy light music competition.

3rd Liam Kernaghan, New Zealand
4th Quentin Meunièr, Brittany
5th Andrew Wilson, Northern Ireland

The judges were Euan Anderson and Dr. Angus MacDonald.

Also playing were Robert Barnes, Fife, Scotland; Andrew Carlisle, Pittsburgh; and Grahame Harris, Ireland.
