The Mid-Winter Celtic Festival is comprised of a few events over the weekend, including the famous and always-sold-out Mid-Winter Ceilidh. This year, the Ceilidh features Calgary fiddler Lizzy Hoyt [www.lizzyhoyt.com] and her band, The City of Regina Pipe Band [www.crpb.org] and the Prairie Gael Irish Dancers. Tickets for the Ceilidh are available online [PayPal, Visa, MC]. As well, the Festival will include an all-day music session at O'Hanlon's Pub in Regina, a public performance venue in a local mall, and some specific workshops, TBA.

The Mid-Winter Celtic Festival is a day-long celebration that features a number of local performing and arts groups performing in a festival and craft fair environment. The event concludes with the Mid-Winter Ceilidh, which features a concert performance from the City of Regina Pipe Band, and a concert/dance set from a gues artist/band. 2007 guests TBA.
