MacKenzie snares Young Piper award
Benbecula, Scotland – July 22, 2010 – Two firsts and two seconds gained James MacKenzie the “Young Piper of the Year” award, narrowly tipping Derek Midgley across the piobaireachd, march, and strathspey & reel events. The competition reserved for pipers younger than a certain age, including those well into their twenties.
