Photos added: Carlisle wins second annual Gordon Duncan Memorial

January 26, 2008 – Glasgow – Andrew Carlisle of Northern Ireland (pictured right) won the second annual Gordon Duncan Memorial Invitational Solo Piping Competition, held before a large crowd at the Central Hotel as part of the Celtic Connections festival. Carlisle had the most overall points across the Irish, Scottish and Breton events.
