Tully tallies All-Ireland win
Alen Tully of Dublin won the All-Ireland Solo Piping Championship for the second straight year, and Stephen Creighton, leading-drummer of Dublin’s St. Laurence O’Toole Pipe Band, took the honours in the solo drumming event.
