Simon Fraser University Wins Australian Championships

Melbourne, Australia – April 15, 2001 – The Simon Fraser University Pipe Band of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, won the Australian Pipe Band Championships here today with a convincing performance.

SFU played in the event after completing concerts in Sydney and Melbourne the previous week. The Sydney concert was held at the famous Sydney Opera House.
